Global Threads Adds Key Members to Expanding Workforce
AUSTIN (February 15, 2017) - Global Threads announced today that Patrick Presley has joined the firm to further develop their growing portfolio of universities and national accounts. Patrick started his professional career at Forbes' Most Innovative Company in the World, Salesforce.com. Here, he worked in a variety of sales and marketing capacities. After missing the warm weather, he moved back home to Austin, TX and worked at a venture capital backed big data startup. He was lucky enough to work directly under the Chief Marketing Officer, and had a real life "Silicon Valley" experience.
Patrick has recently worked as an independent consultant helping early stage tech, green energy, and nonprofit organizations. With acquiring more contracts with universities, and a larger client base Patrick can bring a lot of focus to the Global Threads Company.
Patrick joins Global Threads as Director of Marketing to continue Global Threads success providing services and apparel to several top universities in the world. When asked about the opportunity to join the Global Threads team, "Kyle's energy and enthusiasm is quite contagious. It was a no brainer when I was invited to come on board. The leadership and character of the organization is something I want to align myself with."
Kyle McAllister, President and CEO said “Patrick’s wealth of experience with some of the best companies in the world is impressive. We view his appointment to continue the companies mission to promote and democratize travel around the world.
Another member joining the team is creative designer Shannon Heric. Shannon has extensive experience with graphic design and has worked with startups and large-scale clients. Shannon joins Global Threads as the second creative designer; Heric states, "I enjoy customizing designs to each project knowing that they will be an important part of someone's travel experience. It is cool knowing that I am part of something that has the potential to grow so big.
McAllister stated “Shannon is an extremely hard worker and diligent in her craft which fits the GT mold because creativity and design is at the core of the Global Threads Company”.
