What are the minimum order quantities?Our minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and customization options. For shirts and hats, the minimum order is 25 items. For patches, the minimum order is 100 items.

What is a Vector File and why should I use it?One of the main benefits of a vector file is they can infinitely adjust in size without losing resolution. This versatility allows for high-quality product design every time. There are many free tools that will turn your logo into a vector file. The most common types of vector files are: .ai, .eps, .pdf, and .svg.

Where do I upload my logo?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How does the customization process work?Our easy-to-use online design tool allows you to upload your artwork, choose colors, fonts, and layouts, and preview your design before placing your order. OR Select a product, upload your logo and we will mockup your artwork.
